Podiatry Practice Pro generally looks after itself however the data file needs to be maintained occasionally (about once per month).

To do this you need to compact and repair the data file which is a file named 'Tables'.

It is located in the Pppro folder within the Program Files folder on your C drive.

First make sure that Podiatry Practice Pro is not running then open the 'Tables' file. At the top of the grey screen that appears click 'Compact and Repair'. Then close it. Job done.
