E-mail support is free. We can usually answer any questions sent by e-mail within 24 hours or sooner however it can take a little longer during peak times and holiday periods. To get e-mail support please contact us using this form |

To phone us for support please use: 01292 590401 or 07881 702000 We don't believe in wasting your time by having you wade through push-button choices on the phone and then listening to tinny 'musak' so if the answer service kicks in please leave your name, phone number and a brief description of your difficulty. We will return your call as soon as possible. Telephone support is free up until 90 days after purchase. After that telephone support costs: £5 for each call including the first 15 minutes, then £5 for each additional 15 minutes. We will send you an invoice for the cost of telephone support. |
